Processing

Orders are processed within 1 - 4 days, not including shipping time. We are always working to keep wait times at a minimum.

Shipping

Shipping fees apply to all orders and are to be paid by the customer. FREE SHIPPING is available on all orders $65 or more. There will also be other special offers for customers that will be announced on site.

Caution: During the HOT weather season or temperatures, your product may arrive softened or melted. Please keep this in mind when ordering our balms and butters. PLEASE DO NOT THROW YOUR PRODUCT AWAY IF THIS OCCURS! Simply place in the fridge or a cool area to make firm. We are NOT responsible for melting due to weather during shipping process.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent once the order has shipped. Please be sure to track your package and be available for delivery. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us via our contact page.  

Lost or Stolen Items

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once orders have left Luxe Essentials LLC, the package is in the care of the carrier. You will have to submit a claim directly through them and follow their guidelines. USPS recommends a waiting period of 14 days before assuming a package is lost or stolen. After that time frame, please contact their Customer Service dept. at USPS Customer Service (800) 275 - 8777.

Damages

Unfortunately, mistakes happen! Contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order with any damages. After 24 hours, we reserve the right to reject any claims of damage(s). Keep item in its original packaging and in the condition it was received, for inspection purposes. Please send very clear pictures of the product damages, along with the order number, to the email address below. Please allow 48 - 72 hours to file a claim with carrier. Once approved, a new item will be shipped.

Exchanges

To ensure quality control and efficiency, exchanges can only be made within the first 12 hours of placing an order (while order is still in our care). Please contact us ASAP via our contact page to notify us of the changes you'd like to make. We will not be able to give exchanges once orders are fulfilled and shipped.

Returns

We do not accept returns. Our products are made to order and cannot be restocked.
